What do I need to do before you come to my home?

To give you the best results, we ask that you pick up clutter, toys, or loose paperwork before we arrive. This lets our team focus 100% of their time on deep cleaning and scrubbing your surfaces.

Can my pet stay home during the clean?

Absolutely! We love our Texas pets. We just ask that aggressive or highly anxious pets are securely crated or kept in a separate room while our team is working with loud vacuums.

What if I need to reschedule?

We understand life happens! You can reschedule or cancel your appointment free of charge up to 48 hours before your booking. Cancellations inside of 48 hours may incur a small booking fee.

What if I’m not happy with my cleaning?

Our work is Easier Done Than Said, and we stand behind it. If something isn’t completely spotless, call us within 24 hours. We will send a team back to reclean the area immediately at zero extra cost to you.

Will you send me the same team every time?

We do our absolute best to keep the same trusted cleaners assigned to your home for recurring bi-weekly visits. This ensures consistency and familiarity with your space’s specific needs.

Do I have to be home when you come clean?

Nope! Many of our clients provide us with a garage code, digital lockbox, or spare key. You can go enjoy your day and come home to a perfectly reset house.

Do your Professional House Cleaners accept tips?

Tipping is never required, but it is always appreciated! If you feel your cleaning team did an incredible job, you are welcome to leave them cash or add a tip through your digital invoice.
